Princess Banana Takes On Disneyland: Day Two

Our second day at DL started off with a delicious buffet breakfast with Minnie and friends, complete with Mickey Mouse waffles. There were so many characters to see and visit with that Savannah was constantly distracted and way too excited to eat breakfast. It was well worth the money and time we spent sitting there taking picture after picture. The food was delicious and the look on Savannah's face when the characters came over to talk to her at our table was priceless. I highly recommend this to anyone planning a trip to DL. It was awesome! The rest of our day was just as enjoyable as the first. Savannah remained on her best behavior (85% of the time). We squeezed so much into day two that by 10p.m. Savannah was passed out in her stroller.

My (and probably Savannah's) favorite DL moment happened when we headed over to frontier land to find Woody and Jessie. We were hanging around trying to figure out where they were and out of nowhere Jessie walks up to us, grabs Savannah's hand, and starts walking. The DL guide that was with Jessie told us that Jessie was looking for her horse Bullseye and that she needed our help. Savannah looked back at me with the biggest smile on her face... not worried at all that this huge character had just pulled her away from her mother. They walked hand in hand for a good 5 minutes before the crowd got too crazy around Jessie and I pulled Savannah away.

Out of all the toys and other goodies that DL has to offer Savannah chose an Ariel jewelry box for her souvenir. I tried to talk her into something that she could actually play with, but she insisted that she needed a jewelry box. I can not even describe how excited she was and how much she LOVES this thing.
