Princess Banana Takes On Disneyland: Day One

Our three days and four nights up in Anaheim with Mickey Mouse and friends was a huge success! The excitement that Savannah had for every single thing she saw definitely spilled over onto the rest of us. We all had such a good time getting to be kids at the happiest place on earth. This was a totally different trip than Savannah's first visit to DL last year. This time around she was taller (which means more rides!!), she was braver (which means a lot of time was spent with the characters), and she was much more patient (which means waiting in line for rides was not so bad at all). She really was a trooper.... fussiness came every now and then... but for the most part she was fantastic!

I love this picture because it was taken right at the moment that Savannah was telling Ariel that she had her on her dress. Ariel asked her if Sebastian (Ariel's crab friend in the movie) gave the dress to her and Savannah said, "no, my mom made it"... probably would have been cooler if an animated crab had given it to her. Savannah was very chatty with all of the characters, especially the princesses. She had a lot to tell them.
