CROWDED!!

Holy cow, Christmas weekend at the zoo is insane! It's worth going and dealing with the crowds because they have all their holiday decor up and the park looks so beautiful and feels so festive with all the lights and music playing. We met up with my girlfriend Liz and her daughter Bella. Bella is one year older than Savannah so the two of them get along really well. They walked around the entire zoo arm-in-arm just talking back and forth like they were old friends. Both girls behaved really well, which means that all parents involved were happy and able to have a good time.

While we were walking through the zoo Eric pointed out that the Nebraska football team was there (they are playing in the Holiday Bowl here in SD on the 30th). Liz and I went over and asked a group of them if they would take a picture with the girls. The guys were really nice and more than happy to pose for a minute.
