Finally, A Sunset...

The last time I was out here visiting I tried several times to go to the beach and see a beautiful sunset. Unfortunately the constant fog kept that from happening. I figured we would try once this time and see if it was meant to be. I guess Eric was our lucky charm... we saw a perfect sunset this evening. We got out there early enough to walk around and play in the sand before the sun actually started to set. Savannah was still kind of scared of the waves. She wanted to go and touch them, but then chickened out when they came at her fast. Our dog, Mattie, was really scared of the water. She would only go near it if I went with her. Mattie loved running on the beach though. She chased Savannah and me all over the beach. I swear, I would be such a happy camper if we lived by a beach. I have so much fun out there with Savannah.
