The week back after any trip is always a bit rough. Takes a few days to get back into the swing of reality. Add in the fact that both kids were sick when we got home, which led to me catching their nastiness and feeling like crap by Wednesday. Awesome. Luckily, it was short lived and we are all feeling much better now. Next week is sure to be a thousand times better.
Is there anything better than when someone brings you back a souvenir?? Seriously, I'm 30 and I still love when I get a gift brought back to me from someone else's travels. Savannah was pretty excited about her Mardi Gras mask we brought her. She immediately threw that and a feather boa on and went straight into dress up mode.
One or two tears might have been shed when our little hebo brought home her first school picture. She looks all grown up. She is such a beautiful young lady, inside and out.
Ryder was a whole lot easier to manage at Savannah's practices last season... before he was walking. Now he wants to be out of the stroller and all up in the action.
After school couch time due to that pesky cold.
This boy loves this cat... a whole lot. He chases him all over the house and if the cat is within reach, Ryder is all over him. Luckily Sippi the cat seems to love the attention from Ryder.
Yes, that is still a bottle in his mouth. I plan to rid him of that addiction soon. Sooner than later. I promise.
