Adios Pre-K!

This time last week my (not so) little girl graduated from pre-k.  I can not even wrap my head around how quickly the past five years have flown by.  The thought of kindergarten in the fall makes me a little sad.  It totally excited Savannah though... she is so ready and anxious to get to the big kid school.  It was hard for her to say goodbye to her friends and teachers at her current school.  As much as she wants to start Kindergarten, a part of her still wanted to stay in pre-k with all her friends.  Leaving graduation last Thursday night was ugly.  She had a breakdown in the car... crying hysterically about how she didn't want to say goodbye.  I don't blame her, I loved her class, and the kids, and their parents.  My fingers are crossed that we are just as lucky in the fall and get a whole new group of cool new people to get to know.

Her face in this next picture is pathetic.  I swear, she DID love her teachers.

Part of the graduation process included a program put on by the kids at her school.  I went ahead and recorded Savannah and her class doing their stuff.  The first two videos are of Savannah's class singing and stuff in english and spanish.  The third video is of both Savannah's class and the other pre-k class singing their kindergarten songs.  The last video is of Savannah being introduced onto stage as a graduate.
