Chilling Out At Home

After our 24 hour trip home you can imagine what we have been up to... yup, nothing. A lot of lying around and enjoying the fact that we have had nothing to do. Savannah was excited to be home. She could not wait to get to her room and play with the toys Santa brought her. She seriously has been in her room all weekend playing. She rotates from the Barbie house, to her Disney castle, and then to her princess vanity. Seriously, she never wants to leave her room. The other big hit toy that she just can't get enough of is her princess tent. We opened the tent up the day we got back because she wanted to sleep in it. Sure enough, she has slept in it every night. She has quite the little set-up in the tent... blankets, pillows, night light, dolls, books, dvd player... no wonder she loves it in there.


Savannah wanted me to take a picture of her and Mattie's new pink dog collar/tag. So here it is... Savannah hugging Mattie too hard and loving every minute of it. Poor Mae. Oh, did I mention that Mattie sleeps in the tent too. Savannah officially thinks that Mattie is her dog.
Showing off our Christmas gifts from Ally. Every year she makes the whole family cool knit gifts. Eric got socks, Savannah got a cute black hat, and I got a flower hat and a matching flower scarf. I love, love, love it! I especially love the fact that it irritates Eric that my hat and scarf are Texas A&M colors... maybe that is a sign that I should start rooting for the Aggies.
