Yup, Savannah now has her very own playground. Thanks to Bob, Aunt Amanda, Uncle Cody, and Mimi... they all chipped in and got it for her for her birthday. I'm not kidding when I say that this thing took well over 15 hours to put together. Eric started last weekend and did as much as he could do alone. Then this weekend our friend Scott came over and worked with Eric (both days) on it. Finally today at around 4:30 p.m. they finished it. Savannah was so ready for them to be done. She watched patiently for two days... asking me every 5 minutes when she could go outside and swing. She didn't even hesitate... the minute they told her to go try it out she ran right over and started to swing. The freeing (literally) cold weather didn't phase her. She got in a little under an hour of play time before it was too dark and way too cold to be outside. I've already prepared myself for tomorrow... I am sure we will spend most of our day out back swinging and sliding. These guys did so much work in some serious cold weather.

Look how happy she is... to our families: thank you again for this! Savannah is going to get so much use out of it... really, it is the perfect birthday gift!
