Lafayette

Goodbye Houston, hello Lafayette. The drive from Houston was actually not bad at all. Eric had to work from the hotel all day today so Savannah and I went out exploring for a bit. Nothing too exciting... we found the local Target and the mall. Typical "killing time" activities. Once 5:00 p.m. rolled around Eric joined us at the pool. There was a lot of noodling and jumping... all of which paid off nicely because Savannah is snoozing as I type. I am actually quite impressed with how well she has done in the hotel all week. We have managed to stay on her sleeping schedule which has made for an enjoyable trip.
