We Already Miss You!

Thank you G-ma and G-pa for keeping us company for the last two weeks! We love you and miss you already!

I have to admit, the house felt sort of empty today. My G-parents took off early Sunday morning to start their journey back to SD. Since E was home Sunday I didn't really notice my G-parents being gone all that much. Once Eric hit the road this morning it was very obvious that Savannah and I were alone. This was the first morning in 2 weeks that I have had to get up early with Savannah, the first morning that I had to fix her breakfast and get her dressed. While my G-parents were here they did all of that for me so I could sleep in and get some much needed rest, it was so nice. Savannah was even showing signs of missing them today... she kept asking for G-pa to take her out to swing and for G-ma to color with her. It is going to take a few days for Savannah and I to get back in our rhythm. Thankfully we have a week of swim classes and several things that need to get done around the house. That should keep us plenty busy until E gets home to keep us company this weekend.
