The Happiest Place On Earth

I'm talking about Disneyland of course! Savannah and I got to spend two days up there this past week. So much FUN!! She was such a trooper. My biggest fear was the idea of having to deal with a 2 year old while waiting in a 45 minute plus line to get on a ride. I was apparently worried for nothing. She was great in line. I think the longest one we waited in was a little over an hour and she was patient the entire time. I was also worried about how she was going to react to seeing the characters. Sadly, this did not turn out well. She was scared of Mickey and Minnie. The funny part is that she was so excited to see them but when it was our turn to go and take a picture she freaked out. She was however not afraid of characters like Tinker Bell, Alice, and the Mad Hatter. I am guessing this is because they look like real people. I have too many funny stories to share all of them on here. All I can say is that we HAVE to go back... and next time Eric WILL go with us! I loved watching her get so excited over all the rides and attractions that I loved as a kid. Disneyland really is the happiest place on earth!

I took about 200 pictures so obviously I am not going to post them all on here. As it was, I had trouble picking out just a few... there are too many cute ones. DAY ONE:




This picture makes me laugh. She wanted to ride the Dumbo ride over and over... but she was too afraid to leave her eyes open. She kept her eyes covered the whole time we were flying.
DAY TWO: She was the prettiest Cinderella ever!
