Here in SD we have this thing called May gray followed by June gloom. Basically a marine layer that sometimes refuses to burn off. Today we had a little bit of the May gray hanging around. The sun did come out long enough in the afternoon for us to head over to Balboa Park and walk around for a bit. Balboa Park is one of my favorite places in SD. It is so beautiful. Very old historical buildings that have been restored and are now museums. All around the buildings are gardens and cool art. Promise me that if you visit SD you will check this place out.
Savannah has also been getting to spend some QT with her grandpa BOB. They have had sleepovers and been shopping. All of this QT means that mommy(ME) is getting some much needed rest. I slept uninterrupted two nights in a row. Thank you BOB!
