Disney Day One and A Celebrity Spotting

One might say that Disneyland three days in a row with a 6 year old and two almost 2 year olds would be a nightmare.  My response to them would be... you obviously haven't met the kids we went with.  There were moments of pure exhaustion (more on the parts of the adults) and fussiness, but I would honestly have to say that for 90% of our stay at the happiest place on earth these kiddos were great.  Savannah is a Disneyland pro by now... she knows what to expect and has the handful of rides and things that are her favorites to do.  The little ones loved every ride we took them on (yes, believe it or not, little ones can ride just about everything at both parks) and they even liked most of the characters.  Ryder loved the parades... he obviously can't tell me what his favorite part of the trip was, but I am fairly certain if he could he would say it was the parades.  The look on his face as he saw all his favorite characters come rolling by waving at him was priceless.

Mickey Mouse was one of the characters Ryder was tolerant (borderline happy) to see.

The Dumbo ride... Eric was quick to volunteer to take Ryder on all the rides.  I think Eric enjoyed himself way more than he expected to.

Savannah and Bella meeting Texas Mickey and Minnie.

Ryder fell asleep right before Woody and Jessie came out to visit.  These are two of Ryder'r favorites, so Eric thought it would be funny to push the stroller over to them and still take Ryder's picture with them.  Luckily we got to see Woody again on day two and Ryder was awake for that.

Tea Cups... always a favorite!

So guess who was riding the tea cups right before the guys went on with the kids... Can you tell by the picture??  It took me and Michelle a bit to figure it out.  We were standing there watching and waiting for the kids to get on when this paparazzi looking guy with a huge camera came up right behind me and started taking pictures of the ride.  I sarcastically asked if he was photographing famous people and he barked back with "yes, Neil Patrick Harris and his family"... oops, my bad.  So then I took a few pictures so that we could show the guys after they got off the ride.
Here is a link to the pictures (I am guessing here) that were taken from behind me:

Once we showed the pictures to the guys and told them our story, Ryan and Scott wanted to wait for him to get off the other ride so they could see for themselves.  I swear, celebrities make people crazy.  So we waited for a good five minutes for him to come off the Alice and Wonderland ride with his husband and kids.  My brother joined in on the paparazzi fun and started snapping very obvious pictures with his phone.  Savannah was standing, totally clueless to what was going on, right in front of Ryan's camera.  Made for some funny pictures.
