Not as many pictures taken this week... probably because I was a little caught off guard by how out of it I was without Eric home to help with school prep in the mornings and evenings. This was my first week doing it all on my own... I was beat. There were several nights that I went to bed at the same time as the kids. Next week I'll be good to go. By the end of the week we had figured it all out.
Love self portraits with this (not so) little girl.
Chargers jersey and a Cowboys koozie... no bueno. He can not go to the dark side... and by dark side, I mean the Cowboys.
Uncle Scotty handling all the kids while drafting his fantasy football team... those are some mad skills right there.
Never ever sleeps under her covers.
He can't get enough of himself. The mirror in this book never gets old.
Eric surprised me with a pretty sweet ipad cover/stand. It makes web caming the grandparents a whole lot easier. Savannah just sits there and talks and talks and doesn't have to worry about holding the ipad just right so the camera is on her. Love this stand!
Our first event at school... PTA ice cream social... crazy chaos in the school cafeteria, complete with a Corey Cub for the kids to take pictures with.
Goodies for Ryder. Made a trip to Whole Foods and loaded up on some items to try out. The Vegan mayo is actually really good. The shredded cheese is pretty good too. I was so excited to make mister a quesadilla. We haven't tried the ice cream yet. He loved the ice cream sandwiches though. We did have a minor set back with two of the items in this bunch. The two packs of sliced soy cheese have an ingredient call casein in them... I did not realize that at the time of purchase. To be honest, I didn't even know to look. Well, long story short, we got home from the store and I opened one up and gave mister a slice of cheese to snack on. He was loving it...until the reaction kicked in. Coughing, swelling, throwing up. Luckily I noticed it very quickly and was able to get it under control before anything worse happened. So I now carry around with me a paper that has all the ingredients we need to avoid listed. I will NOT make that mistake again.
