I can not believe that we are already four weeks into our San Diego summer. By now we have a pretty good daily routine and both kids are comfortable at my g-parents house. Things have settled down and we are really enjoying our day to day.
Playing and swimming in the backyard has turned into a regular thing. Ryder crawls all over... in and out of the pool. Savannah sits and plays for hours in the little kiddie pool. It is the perfect activity for the days we hang out around the house.
Found this toy at one of the bajillion touristy shops here in SD. It's a wind up surf toy... so fun. Ryder loves it. I might have to go back and get a few to bring back to Texas for some kiddos I'm pretty fond of.
Last Saturday I had a yard sale at my g-parent's house. They have stuff all over that just needs to GO. So I spent almost all my day out there trying to get rid of some stuff. Savannah had fun playing dress-up with all the random things we were selling.
Does this not look like a bad LMFAO impression. This picture cracks me up. This kid cracks me up.
My g-pa and Savannah thought it would be fun to mess around with a coconut. First they cut hole and drank out of it, then they cracked it open and we all at some. Savannah thought it was pretty cool.
Trying on hats at the gift shop at Disneyland. Savannah looks so not amused.
Even the water fountains are so much fun at Disneyland!
The souvenir I almost (and probably should have) bought myself from Cars Land... a Piston Cup for being the "best wife". Uh, yes! Awesome!
My brother told me about this pretty funny app. It's called I'd Cap That. OMG, so funny!! Let me say that some of the captions are a tad inappropriate. Some of the things they come up with are meant to be for adults... the rest of the captions are kid friendly, and pretty dang funny. Go check it out. There is a free version.
