Special Delivery

After I picked Savannah up from school today we headed up to Macy's to mail her Santa letter. Macy's has a big fancy red mailbox for kids to drop their letters in. Savannah was so so excited for this. This is the first year that she has really been able to write her own letter. Last week we sat down and talked about a few things that she would like for Santa to bring her. I wrote them down on a piece of paper and then gave it to her to copy onto her own paper. I love little kid handwriting... she messed up several times and went through three or four pieces of paper before finally getting it right. She was so proud of herself, and I was happy with all the handwriting practice she got in. A total win win!
