A Day Trip To Norman

This past Friday Savannah and I were invited to tag along on a day trip to Norman, Oklahoma for some shopping. One of the young ladies who was going was in search of an OU dress to wear for her Senior pictures... me, I was just hoping to find a few cute OU items for the little boy that will be joining us just in time for some college football. I was also looking forward to getting to see the actual university. Eric is a huge fan and has been up there several times for football games and always goes on and on about how beautiful the school is. I have to say that he was right... the campus was gorgeous. We spent some time actually walking around the campus trying to find the visitor's building so the high school student we were with could get a college pass to hand in at school on Monday. Savannah loved getting to run around all the quad areas. She even got to chalk it up on the campus sidewalks. Chalk is left out for the students to write about club events, etc. for others to read... I figured they wouldn't mind too much if a little 4 year old added her own art work to the campus. Once we were done at the school we got busy with the shopping. So many cute things to choose from... I finally settled on a few different onesie outfits for the baby to lounge in this coming season. Now I'm even a little excited for the return of college football (normally I couldn't care less).
