This evening Savannah and I headed over to the ballpark to celebrate the Texas Rangers and their amazing season. Believe it or not, Savannah was so excited. This past weekend when Eric and I left her with a sitter so we could go to the game Savannah was less than thrilled that she was not allowed to go. She did not understand why she went to "all the other Rangers games" (her words) and could not go to this one. She kept telling me and Eric that she really wanted to go to the "world serious". Cracked us up that instead of series she heard serious. Too funny. Anyhow, shortly after the Rangers lost the world serious an announcement was made that a celebration rally was going to be held to honor the team and send them into the offseason on a good note. Savannah was so happy when I told her that she was going to get to go see the Rangers for a world serious celebration. She packed her backpack, grabbed her hat, and was ready to go. Sweet girl had a smile on her face the whole time we were there... we even got on t.v. for like 20 seconds... it was a great night!
