Insta-Friday

1. Savannah playing in the most awesome backyard sprinkler, EVER.
2. Instead of ordering plain ol' baseball pictures this time around, we ordered trading cards instead.  So cool.  I love them.
3.  Oh Pirate Day at school.  Another one of their "Let's Pretend" themed days.  I was pretty proud of myself for throwing this outfit together with clothing and fabric we already had around the house.  I did buy the eye patch and sword combo at the dollar store.  A whole buck for a pretty rad pirate outfit... not too shabby.
4. Savannah's Wizard Of Oz movie poster.  She was pretty proud of the characters that she drew.

Holy big girl.  My San Diego family is going to be blown away by how much Savannah has grown, physically and mentally, since they have seen her last.  Her behavior and thoughts are so much more grown up now, sometimes it is hard to believe that she is only 5.  This picture screams big girl... painted nails, itouch, serious thinking face.  I miss my baby.

1. Party favors purchased for Ryder's first birthday party.  What's that you say...??  Three months early is way too far ahead to purchase party items.  I would have to respond with the fact that I am just that efficient.  So there.
2. Savannah, Ryder, and Bella playing at Linda's.  I have been trying to stop over there a few times a week so that Ryder stays comfortable and familiar with it over there.  Plus it is fun to watch the kids play together.
3. Texas up front and a Cali party in back... that's how she rolls.
4. E busted out his Star Wars toys from when he was little.  Savannah has been slowly becoming more and more interested in Star Wars, so E thought that it was finally time for him to let her play with them. The big stuff was packed back up, but all E's action figures are now in the house (stored in original 1980 Darth Vader cases) for Savannah to play with whenever she wants.

1. Hello new BIG BOY car seat.  Finally purchased and finally in the car.  He looks so much more comfortable now.
2. popped collar chillin' over the weekend.
3. Everything goes straight to the mouth these days.  One more tooth is coming through on the bottom.  Ugh.
3. Laying on the couch cuddled up with his blanket watching Mickey Mouse.  I couldn't believe how content he was (for quite some time) just laying there.
4. It's not always easy to want to lay him down at nap time.  I know I need to... I have a thousand and one things to be doing while he naps... but sometimes it's nice to just hold him.
5. Ryder is pretty into bubbles these days.
