V-DAY Weekend

Happy day after Valentine's Day! I wanted to get our weekend pictures posted last night, but I was way too tired. Between the snow, a birthday party, Valentine's with Savannah, and a movie date for mommy and daddy... I am exhausted. Yesterday Savannah was so excited when she woke up and saw that she had V-day gifts from grandparents and a special goodie bag from us. Thank you so much for all Savannah's special treats... she is one very LOVED little girl!


The snow is finally all melted away. Seriously... who knew snow could be such a hassle. Fun for a day... pain in my booty after that. Savannah was sad to see the snow go. She had a whole weekend of snow play and still that was not enough for her. Saturday before we headed to Uncle Scotty's party we played in the front for a bit. Little priss wanted to throw snow balls at me the whole time.

This next picture is one of my all time favorites. It is not the best quality... but the moment that is captured is pretty cool. Scotty always has a poker themed party for his birthday. Typically Savannah is not with us when we go to his party, this year she was. She wasn't in the way or anything... she just really wanted to sit with Scotty and play too. I told her no, but they told her yes. They gave her a stack of chips (in a different color than theirs) and she sat there and threw a chip in every time Scotty did. It was the sweetest thing ever. She is very lucky that this group loves her so much. Seriously... how many guys out there are going to allow (with insane patience) a 3 year old to crash their poker game. Very cool.
