Savannah had her three year check up today. Thankfully I have nothing but positive things to report. Her asthma has not been an issue at all this past year... the doctor said she was breathing "as if she had no asthmatic tendencies"... thank goodness! She is happy, healthy, tall, and thin. I'll take it. She weighed in at 32.5 pounds and measured 38 inches tall. She did have to get one shot. I didn't even pre prep Savannah for that because she has never been scared or cried at shots. Seriously, since day one shots have not phased her. I am pretty sure that changed today. She did not like being stuck with that needle. She told the nurse and everyone else in the office that "shots are the worst" and that "she never needs to get another"... little does she know, she has many years of shots ahead of her. So there you have it, fingers crossed that we can go a whole year before seeing Dr. Raine again. A mom can hope...
No pictures from the appointment, sorry. I did take this one last week... Savannah had fallen and hurt her lip. She wanted me to take a picture of it to send to her daddy so he could see. I love that she was hamming it up by sticking out that bottom lip. Makes me laugh!
