Harbor Excursion

I can not believe that I grew up here in San Diego and have never (before today) been out on a harbor excursion. I'm sure that it is probably because I thought it was too touristy or something. That assumption was pretty much right on. This is a very touristy, first time to San Diego activity. Basically you go out on a boat for a cheesy narrated tour of San Diego. Savannah absolutely loved it! I was worried that she might be a little scared of the boat or being out in the ocean. I could not have been more wrong. She was right up against the rail pointing and yelling at everything. The look on her face when she saw the sea lions in the water... priceless. It's very safe to say that Savannah and I will be back on a harbor excursion sooner than later.

Savannah's sea lions
Yesterday while Savannah was outside playing with my grandparents she asked my g-ma if she could go up in the tree. My g-pa lifted her up in the tree and showed her how to hold on climb higher. This melted my heart... silly, I know. This tree is my favorite part of my g-parents house. The tree is beautiful and huge and a wonderful focal point of their cul de sac. Ry Ry and I spent many hours climbing that tree when we were little.
