Loving the Weather!

Happy first week of Fall! Savannah and I enjoyed celebrating the official first day of Fall. The weather was actually a little bit cooler than it has been so we both got to wear long sleeves. For some reason pumpkin patches don't open until October so I took Savannah to the grocery store to pick out a pumpkin and to grab some things to make a pumpkin pie when we got home. Then after her nap we decorated the house. She was actually a lot of help with the decorating... I could hand her something and tell her where to put it. She was so excited to see all the decorations. It is so great that she is old enough now to be more involved in holiday preparations. Hopefully the weather stays this way... it has been fun getting to dip into our warmer clothing.
