I'm bound to be a winner eventually, right??? I love this website Grosgrain... owner and creator Kathleen is hosting yet another fabuloso giveaway. This time it is for an adorable pink chiffon skirt. I almost bought one for Savannah a few months back but decided that they were kind of pricey. At one point I even think I looked into tutorials so I could make a chiffon skirt for Savannah. Clearly that has yet to happen. Hopefully I am the lucky girl who gets to claim this skirt. If not... I might have to look back into making one myself. Wish me luck!!
