Christmas '08

I can not believe that Christmas has come and gone. We had so much going on that my Christmas memories are kind of a blur. In a good way... we had a lot of company and a lot of fun! Savannah had such a great time opening her gifts. She was good about getting every piece of wrapping paper and tape off of her gifts and into the trash bag. Savannah has been going nonstop with all her new toys ever since. There was a definite theme to Savannah's Christmas this year... one that I did not even realize until I was putting away all her gifts. Christmas 2008 will be known as Savannah's Christmas of domestication. Santa brought her a kitchen and a rocking chair. Everyone else contributed all the kitchen accessories... the food, dishes, coffee maker, tea set... if it goes in a kitchen this child has it. Then there is all the cool baby doll stuff that she got. A baby swing, baby pack and play, baby stroller, baby clothes, diaper bag... she has everything she needs to be a good little domesticated mommy. She has been cooking food in her kitchen and feeding it to her babies all day. I have a feeling she is going to be playing house for days and days to come. Here are a few pics from the big day.
