School Thanksgiving

Savannah's school had their Thanksgiving lunch today. Parents were invited to come and have lunch with the class. It was cute... the room was decorated and the table had cute turkey centerpieces that the kids had made. As a bonus, the food was actually pretty good. You never know what you are going to get with "school food". Savannah was so excited to have me there with her. She wanted to hold my hand and give me kisses. She kept saying to her little friends, "look, my mom's here". Yes, she is talking in sentences now. Really! My favorite is "mom I no want dat, it gross". She also says "I love you"... which almost makes you want to cry. Then the next minute she is telling you that you are a "mean mommy" because you are making her go to sleep. Ahhh, the ups and downs of an almost 2 year old.
