I have to admit, I got a little emotional putting all of Ryder's monthly pictures together for his party. Seeing how much he has grown and changed each month throughout the last year makes me a little sad. There are days (especially here recently) where I find myself really missing the cuddly little baby boy I used to have. That seems like forever ago... he is now on the verge of toddlerhood... into just about everything... keeping me on my toes. It's probably a good thing that we are done with these monthly pictures, I'm not sure he would lay still for another. Twelve times was enough for my mister mister.
Of course I had the monthly pictures on display at Ryder's party. In fact, the how the pictures were hung at the party was probably my favorite decoration. Which is why I can not believe that I did not get a picture of how we had it set up at the party. Sad. As a consolation, I hung the banner up at our house so I could snap a quick picture. The pictures were clipped to a Rangers banner and then hung on the fireplace above where Ryder's presents went. It was perfect... and I was so happy to get to use the pictures I worked so hard to keep up with. I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE everything about the banner!
