First Girl Scouts Outing

Saturday we had our first Girl Scout troop field trip.  We have meetings regularly and then on top of those, we try to have an outing one saturday a month.  This month we took the girls to a dance studio for a hip hop class and then we walked down the road to the fire station for a tour.  We have a very large troop (20 girls... yikes), so I was a little worried about how potentially out of hand things could go.  Turns out I had nothing to worry about... the girls were great.  They all participated and got along.  After the success of this trip, I am now officially super excited to be a troop leader.  We are going to have so much fun this year.  Savannah is also loving Girl Scouts.... this is going to be such a fun experience for her.
