Christmas Morning

Finally getting around to posting some pictures from Christmas (it only took three days). I actually thought I took a lot more of Savannah opening stuff, so I was pretty sad when I went to look at the pictures and found only a few. Bad mom. Everything else that morning went smoothly. The kids were nice and slept in until around 8:30 a.m. or so. Yippee! Once up, they went right to it. Savannah was so excited, she didn't know what to think, and it actually took her a minute to realize that Santa had brought her the "big car" that she asked for. Ryder went straight into his bumbo and sat up on the coffee table watching the girls rip through everything. This was a pretty low key year for us... we spent the day at home and then headed over to a friends house in the evening. I would say that it was as relaxing a holiday as one could have.

She brings her dolls out and loads them up in the truck and then takes off for the "tailgate party". Yes, our almost 5 year old knows all about a good tailgate gathering.

This ball that Santa left in Ryder's stocking was a huge hit. He held onto it the whole time he watched the girls opening their gifts.
