Saturday morning we (Savannah and I) woke up bright and early (before the sun was up, yikes) and headed to the ballpark to participate in a breast cancer walk. I love walking for causes, I always have. So I was so excited to get Savannah started in the walking biz. Eric and I talked to her the week before hand about breast cancer... we explained what it was, how dangerous it is, and how important it is to support finding a cure for it. She actually understood a lot better than I thought a 4 (almost 5) year old would. She was thrilled to be out there with me and my girlfriends, wearing pink and having a good time together. She walked the entire 3 miles and did not complain once. I can't wait until she is old enough to run the 3 miles with me. Woo hoo!

This group had the sweetest shirts... they said Save 2nd Base... how funny! Plus the leader of the pack had an awesome stache and some cool 80's shades. I couldn't resist.
